Buying access is not knowing
A stack of course licences tells you nothing. The worker who stopped studying in week two looks identical to the one about to pass N4, right up until the renewal interview.
Japanese decides how the job goes
Safety briefings, shift handovers, resident care, customer complaints. The quality of the work tracks the Japanese behind it, and Japanese rarely improves on its own.
Nobody can chase everyone
Coordinators and managers support dozens of workers across sites. Asking each one how their Japanese is going does not scale, and guessing is worse.
A learning product workers keep using
Every lesson is a real-life dialogue with native-quality audio, reviewed through spaced repetition. Fifteen minutes a day on the phone they already carry, with a UI in their own language.
Visibility across your whole group
See who is learning, who has stopped, and who is struggling, across your whole workforce, without chasing anyone for an update.
Grounds to intervene early
Progress towards target levels, visible early enough to act: a conversation, a schedule change, extra support before a test date instead of a surprise after it.
The usual corporate e-learning
A video library. Completion is measured in watch time, not in Japanese learned.
One-way lessons: the worker watches, and nothing checks whether anything landed.
Motivation outsourced to paid coaching and reminder calls, because the material alone brings nobody back.
Mynago
Interactive dialogues from real working life, reviewed on a spaced-repetition schedule.
Fifteen minutes a day on the phone workers already carry, with a UI in their own language: ten languages including Vietnamese, Portuguese, Korean, and Turkish.
Progress measured in actual learning activity: lessons done and reviews kept up, not minutes watched.
Which languages can workers use the app in?
The Mynago interface is available in ten languages: English, Japanese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Korean, Italian, German, and Turkish. Workers start in the language they are most comfortable in and learn Japanese from there.
Which devices does Mynago run on?
iOS, Android, and the web. Workers use the same Mynago app available to individuals, on the phone they already carry. No special hardware or company devices are needed.
Do workers keep their account and progress if they change employers?
Yes. A Mynago account belongs to the person, not the employer. If a worker moves to a new employer, their account, history, and progress move with them.
How does getting started work for an organisation?
Talk to us through the form below. We set up your organisation, and your workers join using the existing Mynago app. There is no lengthy implementation project.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on team size and the shape of your programme, so we do not publish a flat per-head rate. Send us the form below with a rough headcount and we will come back with a proposal.
Is Mynago an official JLPT or JFT-Basic preparation product?
No. Mynago is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Japan Foundation or the JLPT. What it builds is the everyday-life Japanese those tests measure, through daily dialogue practice and spaced review.
What Japanese levels does Mynago cover?
From absolute beginner through intermediate: from first hiragana and survival phrases to the everyday communication level measured by JLPT N5 and N4 and the JFT-Basic test.
Employers
You hire foreign workers and want their Japanese to keep growing after the visa gate, with managers who know who needs help.
Registered support organisations
You support workers across multiple employer clients and need to deliver and document Japanese-learning support at scale.
Japanese learning your workers use. Visibility your organisation can act on.
Mynago teaches Japanese through real-life dialogues and spaced repetition, in 15 minutes a day on the phone your workers already carry. Mynago for Organisations adds the layer around it: a way to see who is learning, who has stopped, and who needs help.

What Mynago for Organisations is for
The same app your workers would choose themselves
The learner side is the consumer Mynago app, not a cut-down corporate edition. Lessons are built around situations workers actually face: the shift briefing, the ward office, the resident who speaks no English, the customer complaint. Words and grammar come back on a spaced-repetition schedule right before they fade, so studying compounds instead of evaporating. It is the same product described on our
learn Japanese
page, with the organisational layer on top.
A dialogue from the consumer Mynago app: the learner experience your workers get.
Training you watch vs learning that sticks
Who we work with
Built from lived experience
Mynago is built by Alej Pascual, a foreign founder who learned Japanese as an adult, studied at Waseda University with every class in Japanese, and uses
languages. He sat the exams, rented the flats, and froze in the conversations your workers are about to face. The product exists because the people who need Japanese most were handed textbooks that never rehearse real life.
